WRONG ITEMS.

If you should receive the wrong item we will send the correct item. The incorrect item will need to sent back for us to replace it. You must communicated with us and notify us of any incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order so we are able to resolve this issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

MISSING ITEMS.

If you have an item missing please notify us within 48 hours if receiving your order. Send your query to glittermix20@gmail.com. we will deal with this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER.

All of our customers have the right to cancel thier order at any time from payment until dispatch. Cancelling after dispatch can not be accepted. Once you have completed your order we cannot add items to your order or amend it in any way. 

SHIPPING

Your order will be processed within 3 working days. You can find our shipping information in our shipping section.

DAMAGES 

We request you send us a photo should you recieve a damaged item with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we recieve this information we will resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

RETURNS

For items that need to be returned to us they must fall into our returns policy. We cannot accept returns if they are used or not in original packaging.

Glitter Mix is based in the United Kingdom. Our currency is GBP £. The website will checkout in our currency. If you are in another country your payment provider will cover money for you into your countries currency.
