Returns Policy

We appreciate your custom here at Glitter Mix. However if you are not satisfied with our products, we absolutely want to rectify that. We will do our upmost to solve the issue and are here to help. 

Returning your items;

Your item/items must be returned within 30 days from the date you recieved them. Your item/items must not be used and in the same condition you recieved them in. Your item/items must be in the original packaging and will need proof of purchase.

Refunds;

Once we have recieved your returned item/items we will notify you that we have recieved it. If your item/items are approved and meet the above points we will then process your refund to your original payment method. Your refund will be issues based on your card issuers policies.

Shipping;

You will be responsible for paying the cost of the shipping for returning your item/items.

The shipping costs paid on your original order are non-refundable.
